Welcome to my website.
These are only a few lines to introduce myself and my practice. For more information, do not hesitate to call me or to come meet me in person. Make sure you book an appointment before as we lawyers are often in court.
I was awarded degrees in international law and human rights law by the universities of Lyon III, Aix-Marseille and Strasbourg where I then trained as a lawyer. During the programme, I worked in firms specialized in aliens’ rights and human rights and then joined, as associate lawyer, the firm Hincker et associés, known for its expertise in dealing with cases pertaining to the European Court for Human Rights as well as with broader issues relating to both private, criminal and public law.
My experience also includes working on different projects in FIAN International, a NGO dedicated to the promotion and defense of the human right to adequate food with consultative status at the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
My professional ethic is to respect my clients and to work together in a spirit of partnership to take them where they want to go.
I am fluent in English and Spanish and manage German well.
